Position 1: Project Manager (Internal/External)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors for the seamless execution of BMGF projects.
- Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, engage relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Manage resource availability and allocation.
- Create detailed project plans to track progress and deliverables.
- Utilize verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using relevant systems and tools.
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Implement MSI Success Models and document best practices.
- Ensure donor compliance with support from the Senior Grant Manager.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly burn rates and budget allocation with the program manager and Grant and Finance teams.
- Handle government relations, including meeting representation, program compliance, reporting, and agreements.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, HR, and commercial services for smooth MSIE activities.
Team Management:
- Coach and mentor field-level project team members.
- Facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Develop, motivate, and engage team members to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA/MSc/MPH in Business Management, Public Health, or related fields.
- Experience: Over 6 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge of donor regulations and SRH services.
- Proficiency in English and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Position 2: Deputy Country Director: Partnership, Program & Business Development (Internal/External)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Country Director in strategic planning and review processes.
- Contribute to developing organizational objectives and assessing progress.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and donor compliance in program planning and implementation.
- Develop plans to minimize risks and enhance response effectiveness.
- Identify and address program implementation risks with the Senior Management Team.
- Participate in Project Working Groups for effective project implementation.
- Strengthen institutional relationships with government, donors, development partners, and private sector stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent service delivery through cross-channel collaboration.
Field Implementation and Strategy:
- Supervise director-level reports and support their strategic development.
- Guide Area Program Managers in adapting strategies and addressing field challenges.
- Coordinate with UK-based support office and ensure open communication channels.
- Advise the Country Director on innovations and improvements.
- Align strategy with implementation, including budget and resources.
- Review progress against targets and explore new program development opportunities.
- Implement MSI Success Models and ensure donor compliance with support from the Director of Donor Projects.
- Manage budget allocation and government relations, including meeting representation, compliance, and agreements.
Team Management:
- Mentor high-level team members.
- Facilitate team collaboration and development.
- Ensure proper objective setting and performance appraisals.
- Resolve departmental bottlenecks and foster teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA/MSc/MPH in Business Management, Public Health, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with strong project management and partnership skills.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Knowledge of donor regulations and SRH services.
- Proficiency in English and computer skills.
- High-level interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
