Available Positions:

Position 1. Life Insurance Officer-II

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in the life insurance sector.
  • Vacancies: 2
  • Responsibilities:
    • Explain insurance policy terms and the rights and obligations of all parties to customers.
    • Evaluate and categorize risks, advising on acceptance, postponement, or rejection of life and health insurance risks.
    • Verify premium quotes and deliver them promptly to clients.
    • Ensure accuracy in underwriting policies prepared by subordinates and process various underwriting policies.
    • Maintain records of all issued policies in the underwriting registration book.
    • Insurance business experience preferred.

Position 2. Senior Reinsurance Officer

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a reinsurance officer role or equivalent.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising reinsurance activities.
    • Handle reinsurance correspondences, participate in negotiations and arrangements, and verify the accuracy of reinsurance documents.
    • Prepare risk profiles and economic assessments for reinsurance arrangements, offering recommendations to enhance the company’s retention and underwriting capacity.
    • Help design and amend reinsurance policies and procedures.
    • Provide professional advice on underwriting and reinsurance matters.
    • Safeguard all reinsurance treaties and documents.
    • Insurance business experience preferred.

Position 3. Senior Human Resource Development Officer

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a business organization.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist in developing human resource and succession plans.
    • Organize orientation and induction programs for new hires.
    • Design and conduct training needs assessments and implement related programs.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare periodic performance reports.
    • Insurance business experience preferred.

Position 4. Branch Manager-I (Life Insurance)

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee insurance activities at the assigned branch, including planning, organizing, and controlling operations.
    • Approve underwriting policies, endorsements, and reinsurance matters.
    • Manage claims and engage in business development and marketing efforts to attract new clients.
    • Approve payments within delegated limits, prepare budgets, work programs, and progress reports.
    • Insurance business experience preferred.

Position 5. Manager, Underwriting & Branch Coordination Division

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant insurance experience, including 2 years in senior positions.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and coordinate the operations of assigned branches.
    • Provide guidance and support to branch managers, addressing administrative and technical queries.
    • Communicate policy changes and new developments to branches.
    • Offer technical advice and handle customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
    • Maintain reinsurance treaties and manage correspondence related to branch operations.
    • Insurance business experience preferred.
