Position 1: Senior Banking Business Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Branch Banking Officer

Position 2: Corporate Customer Relationship Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- 4 years (Master’s) or 6 years (BA) of banking experience, including 2 years in Financing & Investment (Credit)
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a senior officer or customer service manager role within branch banking
Location: Sebeta
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
