Open Positions:

Position 1 :Customer Service Officer

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Two years in banking operations. Familiarity with Islamic Financial Banking (IFB) is a plus.
  • Duty Stations: Wegidi, Chagni, Hara, Limu, Gode

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer

  • Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Three years in banking operations. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
  • Duty Stations: Halaba, Dilla, Sigmu, Hara

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor

  • Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Four years in banking operations. IFB knowledge is beneficial.
  • Duty Stations: Halaba, Dilla, Mizan-Aman, Limu, Haramaya, Gode, Gelemso

Position 4: Branch Manager

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Six years in banking operations, including two years in a supervisory role. Familiarity with IFB is a plus.
  • Duty Stations: Asandabo, Shire, Gode, Sigmo, Garamuleta

Position 5: Halal Financing CRM Officer

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
  • Duty Station: Head Office

Position 6: Senior Core Banking and Channel Support Officer

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Four years in banking operations. IFB knowledge is beneficial.
  • Duty Station: Head Office

Position 7:Halal Financing Manager

  1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  2. Experience: Eight years in banking operations with a focus on financing, including two years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
  3. Duty Station: Head Office

Additional Information:

  • Training in IFB is advantageous.
