Position 1 :Customer Service Officer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Two years in banking operations. Familiarity with Islamic Financial Banking (IFB) is a plus.
- Duty Stations: Wegidi, Chagni, Hara, Limu, Gode
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Three years in banking operations. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Stations: Halaba, Dilla, Sigmu, Hara
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Four years in banking operations. IFB knowledge is beneficial.
- Duty Stations: Halaba, Dilla, Mizan-Aman, Limu, Haramaya, Gode, Gelemso
Position 4: Branch Manager
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Six years in banking operations, including two years in a supervisory role. Familiarity with IFB is a plus.
- Duty Stations: Asandabo, Shire, Gode, Sigmo, Garamuleta
Position 5: Halal Financing CRM Officer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Two years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Head Office
Position 6: Senior Core Banking and Channel Support Officer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Four years in banking operations. IFB knowledge is beneficial.
- Duty Station: Head Office
Position 7:Halal Financing Manager
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Eight years in banking operations with a focus on financing, including two years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Station: Head Office
