Position 1: Head of Risk and Internal Audit
Job Summary:
- Develop annual internal audit plans and schedules.
- Identify high-risk financial, procurement, and operational areas to prioritize during audits.
- Design audit programs, select appropriate techniques, and determine sample sizes.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing.
- 3 years of experience in microfinance, banking, insurance, or related fields; experience in a Micro Finance Institution is preferred.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Manager I
Job Summary:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, lead, and supervise branch operations to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage financial resources, including payments and receipts.
- Provide financial services such as loans, deposits, and insurance to the community.
- Contribute to organizational planning.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree or College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; experience in a Micro Finance Institution is an advantage.

Position 3: Branch Accountant I
Job Summary:
- Manage all financial activities and transactions of the branch.
- Oversee financial operations in line with organizational policies.
- Serve on the branch’s Loan Approving Committee.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting.
- 1 year of relevant work experience; experience in a Micro Finance Institution is beneficial.

Job Summary:
- Promote social initiatives, organize groups, and manage client mobilization for savings and loan collections.
- Screen clients, facilitate loan appraisals, and oversee loan disbursements and collections.
Qualifications:
- Degree, College Diploma, or Level IV in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Management.
- 1 year of experience for a BA Degree; 2 years for a Diploma or Level IV; experience in a Micro Finance Institution is an asset.

Position 5: Branch Cashier I
Job Summary:
- Handle receipt, payment, and safekeeping of branch cash.
- Manage fixed assets and supplies.
Qualifications:
- College Diploma in Accounting or Level IV in Accounting.
- 2 years of related experience; experience in a Micro Finance Institution is advantageous.
