Position: Sales Executive
Qualifications & Experience:
- Completion of high school or equivalent; a degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- At least 5 years of sales experience or training with a recognized airline or travel agency.
- Junior management experience is a plus, with a willingness to take initiative.
- Must possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- A valid local driving license is required.
- Strong understanding of the local travel market.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Eligibility to Work & Live in Ethiopia.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of the company’s products through assigned retail outlets and commercial partners.
- Meet set volume targets within designated time frames and contribute to overall area performance.
- Optimize promotional funds and effectively use display materials and point-of-sale aids to maximize customer impact.
- Monitor and report changes in market conditions, trade, and competitive activities to maintain market awareness.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues in assigned outlets and commercial partners, and motivate them to support the company’s objectives.
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks.
