Position 1: Gender Mainstreaming Intern

Qualifications:

  • Recent Bachelor’s degree in Health Systems, Health Policy, Public Health, Health Informatics, or related fields.
  • No prior professional experience required.
  • Internship opportunity exclusively for young female professionals.
  • Strong interest in gender issues and Health Information Systems (HIS).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage long hours, and handle a high workload.
  • Self-driven, honest, responsible, and punctual.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Amharic language skills are also necessary.
  • Duration: 9 months.

Position 2: Health Information System (HIS) Intern

Qualifications:

  • Recent Bachelor’s degree in Health Systems, Health Policy, Public Health, Health Informatics, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
  • No prior professional experience required.
  • Internship opportunity exclusively for young female professionals.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage long hours, and handle a high workload.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Self-driven, honest, responsible, and punctual.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Amharic language skills are also necessary.
  • Duration: 9 months.

Position 3: Digital Health Intern

Qualifications:

  • Recent degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
  • No prior professional experience required.
  • Internship opportunity exclusively for young female professionals.
  • Basic knowledge of public health principles and digital health tools; familiarity with programming and data management software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle long hours, and manage a high workload.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Amharic language skills are an advantage.
  • Location: Addis Ababa.
