Position 1: Partnership and Liaison Officer
Education Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Political Science, International Development, Development Economics, International Relations, Law, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with additional relevant work experience and/or training.
Experience Requirements:
- At least five years of relevant experience in partnerships or high-level advocacy.
- Experience with international organizations; familiarity with the African Union (AU) and prior AU advocacy experience is advantageous.
Knowledge & Skills:
- In-depth understanding of the AU’s structure, processes, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
- Capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks under pressure, and delivering high-quality, timely work.

Position 2: Programme Policy Officer – Senior Economist
Responsibilities:
- Engage with AU bodies, ECA, and AUDA-NEPAD to develop engagement plans and offer research and policy advice.
- Assist the Director with research and policy development for the home-grown school feeding agenda.
- Create models and tools to monitor progress on School Meals Coalition and Home Grown School Feeding programs.
- Prepare accurate reports and contribute to regional and country reports on topics related to education, economic growth, and more.
- Author papers for top refereed journals and support the development of the Biennial Report on School Feeding in Africa.
- Provide support for technical briefs and participate in conferences and workshops.
