Position 1: Education in Emergency (EiE) Officer
Education:
- University degree in Education or related fields such as Educational Planning and Management, Educational Leadership, Sociology, or other relevant social sciences.
Experience:
- At least one year of relevant experience in humanitarian and development work, particularly with UN Agencies or INGOs, and across various education sector levels.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Amharic (Ethiopia’s national language) and Afan Oromo (local language) is advantageous.
- Additional UN languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) are a plus.

Position 2: Health & Nutrition Officer
Education:
- A university degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Nutritional Epidemiology, Global/International Health and Nutrition, Health Sciences, or other related health fields.
Experience:
- At least one year of relevant experience in nutrition, public health, nutrition planning and management, or maternal, infant, and child health and nutrition programs.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Amharic and Afan Oromo is advantageous.
- Additional UN languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) are a plus.

Position 3: Education Officer STEP for Girls and Learning
Education:
- University degree or higher in Education, Educational Planning and Management, Curriculum and Instruction, Teacher Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least two years of professional experience at national and regional levels in curriculum development, pedagogy, teacher education, education quality, social development, management, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Experience with government, UN Agencies, or INGOs/NGOs is beneficial.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of the local language of the duty station is a plus.

Position 4: WASH Officer
Education:
- University degree in a field related to Water Supply, Sanitation, and Hygiene.
Experience:
- At least one year of relevant work experience in the field.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Amharic and Afan Oromo is advantageous.
- Additional UN languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) are a plus.
Desirable Skills:
- Understanding of Humanitarian Reform and recent developments including the Transformative Agenda.
- Knowledge of WASH sector policies and humanitarian procedures.
- Experience in developing countries and/or emergency contexts is beneficial.
