Position 1: Logistics Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Logistics, Business Management, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, or related fields. Alternatively, a Diploma in the same areas with three years of relevant experience in an INGO setting will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Fluency in Tigrigna, Amharic, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes.

Skills Required:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication
  • Problem-solving abilities

Location: Shire, Tigray, Ethiopia


Position 2: Human Resource Officer

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within INGOs.
  • Experience in humanitarian or recovery contexts.
  • Proven results in relevant responsibilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Location: Shire, Tigray, Ethiopia


Position 3: Finance/Human Resources Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with INGOs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and at least one accounting software.
  • Fluency in English, Amharic, and Tigrigna. Knowledge of additional languages spoken by Eritrean refugees is a plus.
  • Strong independent work capabilities and team skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Location: Mekelle, Tigray


Position 4: Physiotherapist

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
  • At least one year of experience in similar settings with an international NGO (experience with children is a plus).
  • Fluency in English, Nuer, Amharic, and Anyuak, both written and spoken.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team.

Location: Nguenyyiel Camp and surrounding areas


Position 5: Operations Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Secretarial Science, Office Management, Accounting, or related fields. Alternatively, a Diploma in these fields with three years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Fluency in Tigrigna, Amharic, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Location: Shire, Tigray, Ethiopia
