Ethio-Professionals’ Security Solutions (EPSS) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, founded in 2021. EPSS is dedicated to enhancing perceptions of safety, security, and wellbeing through continuous improvement. Our services include landmine clearance, explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), minefield surveys, travel risk management, explosive ordnance risk education (EORE), and support for rehabilitation and conflict resolution to aid community recovery and development.
Available Positions:
Position 1: Non-Technical Survey (NTS) Expert and EORE Trainer
- Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, Political Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, community mobilization, and training
- Prior experience in NTS and EORE is essential
- Strong field survey skills
- Commitment to promoting gender equality
- Proficiency in Tigrigna and Amharic is required
- Skills in project management and communication
Position 2 :EORE Trainer
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, community mobilization, and training
- Prior experience in EORE is essential
- Strong facilitation skills
- Commitment to promoting gender equality
- Proficiency in Tigrigna and Amharic is required
- Good understanding of English
Position 3: EORE Team Leader
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, community mobilization, and training
- Prior experience in EORE is essential
- Strong facilitation skills
- Commitment to promoting gender equality
- Proficiency in Tigrigna and Amharic is required
- Good command of English language
Position 4: Regional Project Coordinator
- Qualifications and Skills:
- BA/MA in Social Sciences, Political Science, or a related field
- 4 years of experience with a BA or 2 years with an MA in project management, community mobilization, and training
- Prior experience in NTS and EORE is required
- Strong facilitation skills
- Commitment to promoting gender equality
- Good understanding of local and regional government operations and procedures
- Proficiency in Tigrigna and Amharic is required
- Excellent English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills
