Qualification:
- B.Sc. Degree in Emergency & Critical Care Nursing
Experience:
- 0 years and above of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate and efficient care to patients in emergency situations.
- Monitor and manage patients in critical condition, ensuring timely interventions.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
2. Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
- BA degree in Marketing & Sales Management or related fields
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
Experience:
- 0 years and above of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing information and assistance.
- Manage patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure smooth patient service delivery.
- Maintain and update patient records in the hospital’s database.

3. Senior Professional Nurse
Qualification:
- B.Sc. Degree in Nursing
Experience:
- 5 years and above of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead nursing teams in providing high-quality care to patients across various departments.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and evaluate treatment outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
