Position 1: Maintenance Controller
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing setting. Supervisory experience is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the asset care plan for the packaging plant, offering expert advice and suggestions.
- Support the execution of the asset care plan, ensuring that MASs, PAs, and operational teams have the necessary technical skills.
- Oversee maintenance and extended maintenance work.
- Assess the impact of new plant and equipment and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Lead the MAS’s team to foster ownership, empowerment, and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping procedures, and legal requirements by team members.
- Confirm that all statutory and mandatory checks are incorporated into the asset care management system, with complete and accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular checks and audits to maintain focus on health, safety, and housekeeping, and hold appropriate monthly/quarterly meetings.

Position 2: Workshop Controller
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in a workshop environment. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain housekeeping standards according to WCM guidelines.
- Conduct monthly tool inspections.
- Prioritize and schedule workshop activities based on needs and availability.
- Coordinate outsourced work for spare parts refurbishment when necessary (e.g., gear cutting).
- Support maintenance and shutdown activities.
- Inspect the quality of work in support of maintenance tasks.
- Review and approve team innovation and improvement suggestions.
- Monitor and act on team attendance.
- Apply the Manufacturing Way principles effectively in all controlled areas.
- Facilitate safety awareness talks, incident reviews, and Toolbox Talks.
- Provide PPE and ensure compliance.
- Develop the annual budget for workshop equipment maintenance.
