- Familiarity with local finance and accounting regulations specific to the construction sector.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
