The Information Network Security Administration (INSA) was established in 1999 under Council of Ministers Regulation No. 130/1999, with the mission to safeguard our country’s information and its infrastructure.
Information Network Security Administration Positions
Position 1: Software Developer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Skills:
- Executes diverse tasks related to the implementation and testing of application software with a high degree of flexibility and minimal evaluation.
- Implements fundamental principles, assesses, reviews, and leads the strategic execution of application software across teams.
- Proficient in application software technology trends, system architecture design, ergonomic design, and technical management with minimal decision-making needs. Skilled in system integration using various techniques.
Key Competencies:
- Lead and coordinate business analysis activities at both institutional and project levels with professional influence.
- Possess a deep understanding of business analysis and deliver tangible results by connecting with the profession.
- Analyze and recommend innovative additions to operating systems designed by institutions and project organizers.
- Manage business analysis changes effectively.
- Provide creative solutions to abstract problems such as changes in project scope, needs, or mission with stakeholders.
- Identify business and system requirements, define the scope of large systems, and reach consensus with stakeholders on system needs and priorities.
Position 2: Application Software Developer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering (Communication Systems Engineering), or related fields.
Skills:
- Handles a wide range of tasks related to the implementation and testing of application software with a flexible approach.
- Applies fundamental principles, evaluates, reviews, and directs the strategic implementation and testing of application software.
- Proficient in application software technology trends, architectural design, ergonomic design, and technical management with minimal decision-making required. Skilled in system integration techniques.
Key Competencies:
- Lead and coordinate business analysis activities with professional influence at the institutional and project levels.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business analysis, achieving concrete results by engaging with the profession.
- Analyze, identify, and recommend innovations for operating systems designed by institutions and project organizers.
- Manage business analysis changes effectively.
- Provide creative solutions to abstract issues, including project scope changes, evolving needs, or mission shifts with stakeholders.
- Identify and define business and system requirements for large systems, reaching agreements with stakeholders on priorities and scope.
Position 3: Business Analyst
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or Business Information Systems.
Key Competencies:
- Lead and coordinate business analysis activities with professional influence at both institutional and project levels.
- Exhibit a profound understanding of business analysis, delivering concrete results through professional engagement.
- Select, analyze, and recommend innovations for operating systems within institutions and projects.
- Effectively manage changes in business analysis (change management).
- Provide creative solutions to abstract problems, such as changes in project scope, needs, or mission with stakeholders.
