Berhan Insurance S.C., a leading insurance provider with 25 branches and plans for further expansion in Addis Ababa and other regional towns, is seeking qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Company Background: Established on October 30, 2010, Berhan Insurance S.C. operates under proclamation No. 86/1994. With an initial paid-up capital of Birr 9.7 million, the company was founded by Berhan Bank S.C. and 455 forward-thinking investors.

Position 1: Senior Claims Officer

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in claims handling and underwriting.
  • Location: Head Office

Position 2: Senior Auditor

  • Qualifications: BA in Accounting from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 6 years of relevant experience, with preference given to those with experience in the insurance sector.
  • Location: Head Office

Position 3: Branch Manager

  • Qualifications: BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Location: Head Office
