- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or a related field
- Experience: 4 years in banking, including 2 years in accounting roles

Position 2: Principal Credit Follow-up & Monitoring Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or a related field
- Experience: 5 years in banking, including 2 years in accounting roles
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Manager I
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or a related field
- Experience: 5 years in banking, including 2 years in accounting roles
