Position: Site Engineering Planner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience in processing and packing manufacturing is highly valued.
- Familiarity with database and spreadsheet software is required.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience is essential.
- Proficiency with engineering and computer-assisted design software is needed.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
- Competence in technical writing.
- Demonstrated capability in addressing complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize the use of Maintenance Technicians and reduce downtime.
- Ensure proper recording and storage of data for maintenance and spare parts management systems.
- Verify that all materials have SAP material codes and that these codes are used for ordering, receiving, and issuing materials.
- Lead the site UMS PM pillar.
- Assist the Spare Parts Storekeeper with tasks such as inventory management and setting reorder points, where applicable.
- Manage the company’s CMMS program.
- Ensure availability of machine ledgers, maintenance calendars, and standard procedures across all plants.
- Communicate with local and international suppliers to order parts as needed.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Logistics teams to ensure timely payments to suppliers and delivery of items.
- Monitor and control R&M costs on a weekly basis.
- Implement PM spare parts management.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of workshop items.
