Nib International Bank (NIB) was founded on May 26, 1999, with license no. LBB/007/99, adhering to the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994. Initially, it had a paid-up capital of Birr 27.6 million and an authorized capital of Birr 150 million, supported by 717 shareholders. The bank officially began operations on October 28, 1999, with 27 employees, becoming the sixth private bank in Ethiopia.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.00 for males, 2.75 for females.
