Position 1: Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in the LNGO/INGO sector, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Candidates with relevant private sector experience in development and humanitarian contexts are also encouraged to apply
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws

Position 2: MEAL Officer

Requirements:

  • University degree in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in M&E, information management, accountability, and assessment systems
  • Proficiency in English and local languages
  • Strong analytical skills and capability to manage complex issues
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan work effectively
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and build harmonious relationships both internally and externally

Required Skills:

  • Quantitative and qualitative research
  • Data collection and analysis

Position 3: Physiotherapist

Requirements:

  • BSc in Physiotherapy from a recognized university, with at least 4 years of experience in physical rehabilitation
  • Experience in community-based physical and functional rehabilitation
  • Willingness to work in remote locations
  • Experience in building the capacity of partners to identify individuals with disabilities and refer them to service providers
  • Ability to support community-based organizations as per MoUs with service providers
  • Resilience to stress
  • Knowledge of Tigrigna is essential
