Position: Process Team Leader
Skills, Experience & Education:
- First Degree in Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in food processing
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate designated equipment within the Syrup, Water & Waste Water Treatment Plant, and Testing Room Facilities
- Supervise calibration and maintenance activities for the Syrup, Water & Waste Water Treatment Plant, and Testing Room Facilities
- Assist with the QC clearance processes for raw materials, including sampling, testing, and submission to the onsite Test Room Facility.Monitor and enforce GMP standards for the plants, ensuring syrup and water production volumes and quality meet required specifications.Provide support to the Quality Team Facilities, functions, and resources as necessary.Ensure the sustainability of all initiatives within the defined unit.
