Position 1: Senior Relationship Officer
Essential Functions:
- Acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain high-end customer relationships to mobilize deposits, foreign currency, and share capital.
- Follow up on high-value customer acquisition and retention activities.
- Understand individual customer needs and develop proposals.
- Expand the bank’s high-value customer base.
- Conduct business reviews as part of the customer relationship program.
- Continuously improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Strategically plan customer acquisition and retention efforts with the Team Leader, Relationship Management.
- Identify and assess emerging business areas to capture potential value.
- Propose innovative ideas or initiatives based on market analysis.
- Seek new ways to attract financial resources and establish contact.
- Coach, mentor, and train branch sales representatives on all aspects of sales skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- BA in Banking & Finance, Marketing & Communication, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- 5.5 years of experience in relevant fields, with at least 2 years in a relevant officer position in the banking industry.

Position 2: Team Leader, Relationship Management
Essential Functions:
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Relationship Management team.
- Lead the team to mobilize fresh resources (deposits, foreign currency, and share capital).
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with existing high-value customers and recruit new potential ones.
- Expand the high-value customer base.
- Handle high-value customers escalated from branch level.
- Address and follow up on high-value customer inquiries from branches.
- Escalate customer requirements to the district director or executive management team for informed decision-making.
- Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
- Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the Relationship Management team.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and resolve customer complaints.
- Categorize new and existing high-value customers based on segmentation parameters.
- Oversee resource mobilization operations, set targets, and monitor the Relationship Management team’s performance.
- Review and evaluate the performance of Customer Relationship Officers based on Key Result Indicators (KRI) and suggest improvements.
- Quickly and efficiently resolve high-value customer complaints.
- Keep high-value customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
- Coach the team on lead generation techniques.
- Coach, mentor, and train branch sales representatives on all aspects of sales skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- BA in Marketing Management, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- 7.5 years of experience in relevant fields within the banking industry.
