Lucy Insurance aims to be among the top five private insurance companies in Ethiopia by 2030, providing affordable insurance products through various marketing channels.
Established in 2012 by 39 visionary shareholders who are prominent business figures in Ethiopia, Lucy Insurance S.C. started with a paid-up capital of 8,035,000 Birr.
Position 1: Human Resource Officer I
- Educational Qualification: BA degree in Business Management, Public Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in HR/Personnel Administration or related roles.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Principal Planning Officer
- Educational Qualification: BA/BSc degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years with relevant track records.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Office Administrator/Cashier I
- Educational Qualification: Diploma/Level 4 in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Accounting, or ICT from a recognized college.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Cashier.
- Location: Addis Ababa
