Position 1: Chief Information Officer

Qualifications:

  • MSC in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in the banking industry, including 4 years as Director in information technology roles.

Main Duties:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Bank’s Information Technology and Information Security functions.
  • Design and implement IT strategies aligned with the Bank’s business objectives.
  • Plan current and future technology adoption and migration needs, ensuring the required budget is secured.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including system administration and network management.
  • Manage relationships with key IT vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT-related laws and regulations.
  • Identify and prioritize IT initiatives that support the Bank’s growth and competitive advantage.

Position 2: Senior Marketing Officer

Education:

  • MSC, MA, BSC, or BA in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in the banking industry, including 2 years as a Marketing Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development of short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing and communications program, monitor progress, ensure adherence, and evaluate performance.
  2. Develop various proposals to enhance the bank’s brand and overall growth by fostering a favorable team spirit.
  3. Create and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications program to enhance the Bank’s image and market position, and measure the success of each implemented program.
  4. Identify and implement systematic workflows to ensure the timely delivery of marketing services.
  5. Execute promotional campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
