Position 1: Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Two (2) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of Islamic Finance and Banking (IFB) is advantageous.
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Woliso, Jijiga, Degahabur, Dire Dewa, Harar, Mechara, Haranna Buluk (Angetu), Agarfa, Sagure, Arsi Robe, Dera, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, Gatira, Haik, Kombolcha, Afdera, Alamata, Dessie, Kobo, Bambasi, Sherkolle, Motta, Bichena, Woreta
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: Three (3) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Four (4) years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Woliso, Jijiga, Degahabur, Dire Dewa, Harar, Mechara, Haranna Buluk (Angetu), Agarfa, Sagure, Arsi Robe, Dera, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, Gatira, Haik, Kombolcha, Afdera, Alamata, Dessie, Kobo, Bambasi, Sherkolle, Motta, Bichena, Woreta
Position 4: Branch Manager
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Six (6) years of banking operation experience, with two years in supervisory roles. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
- Duty Stations: Addis Ababa, Woliso, Jijiga, Degahabur, Dire Dewa, Harar, Mechara, Haranna Buluk (Angetu), Agarfa, Sagure, Arsi Robe, Dera, Dima, Bedele, Nekemte, Omo Naddaa, Gatira, Haik, Kombolcha, Afdera, Alamata, Dessie, Kobo, Bambasi, Sherkolle, Motta, Bichena, Woreta
Note: Training in IFB is advantageous.
