Berhan Insurance S.C., a leading provider of general insurance services, operates 25 branches and is planning further expansion in Addis Ababa and regional towns. Established on October 30, 2010, with an initial capital of Birr 9.7 million, Berhan Insurance S.C. was founded by Berhan Bank S.C. and 455 visionary investors under proclamation No. 86/1994. We are currently inviting qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:
Position 1: Junior Underwriting Officer
- Minimum Educational Qualification: BA/BSc Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum Work Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience.

Position 2: Senior Anti-Corruption Officer
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Degree in Accounting, Management, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as an anti-corruption officer.
- Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Manager, HR Division
- Minimum Educational Qualification: BA/MA/MBA in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields from a recognized university or college.
- Minimum Work Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience, with 3 years in a senior position.
- Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Manager, Life Insurance Department
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, with a diploma in insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA) preferred.
- Minimum Work Experience: At least 11 years of insurance experience, with 3 years in a managerial role.

Position 5: Manager, Legal Department
- Minimum Educational Qualification: LLB/LLM in Business Law/Corporate Law.
- Minimum Work Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience, with 4 years in a managerial role.
- Place of Work: Head Office
