Established on July 14, 2010, and commencing full banking operations on November 3, 2010, Abay Bank has met all the necessary requirements of the National Bank of Ethiopia. Position 1: Senior Brand Management and Communication Officer
- Educational Level and Work Experience: BA Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing Communication and Brand Management.
- Duty Station: Head Office
Position 2: Branch Manager Grade I
- Educational Level and Work Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or Banking and Finance, with at least 6 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory position in Banking Business or Operations.
- Responsibilities: Plan, coach, and coordinate branch activities. Motivate and coach customer service officers to deliver high-quality service. Participate in the development, expansion, and management of customer and business relationships within the branch. Identify and recruit potential customers and provide professional advice.
- Duty Station: Dimma Branch, Gambela Region
