Position 1: Secretary Cashier

  • Qualifications: Diploma or Level IV with a Certificate of Competency (COC) in:
    • Secretarial Science and Office Management
    • Administering Office and Secretarial Technology
    • Accounts and Budget Service
    • Secretarial Science
    • Customer Contact & Secretarial Operations
    • Secretarial Technology
  • Experience: Not required, but experience is an advantage
  • Job Grade: III
  • Location: Jigjiga Branch

Position 2: Customer Complaint Handling Officer II

  • Qualifications: BA Degree in Banking and Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
  • Job Grade: VII
  • Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Contact Office Head

  • Qualifications: BA/B.Sc Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as Underwriting Officer II, Claims Officer II, or a similar role
  • Job Grade: VII

Position 4: Senior Life & Health Insurance Underwriting/Claims Officer

  • Qualifications: BA/B.Sc Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as Underwriting Officer II, Claims Officer II, or a similar role
  • Job Grade: VIII

Position 5: Executive Secretary (Administrative Assistant)

  • Qualifications: BA Degree in Administrative Science or related fields, or a Diploma in:

Position 7: Branch Manager I

  • Qualifications: BA Degree in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years as Senior Underwriting Officer, Senior Claims Officer, or 1 year as Contact Office Head, or 3 years as Underwriting Officer II, Claims Officer II, or a similar role

Position 8: Life and Health Insurance Service Manager
