Position: IT Assistant
We are seeking a skilled IT Assistant to join our team in Dire Dawa. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our hospital’s IT systems, providing essential support across the organization. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a passion for technology.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ICT, IT, Information Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Practical experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Proficiency in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to system administration and maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to hospital staff for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Assist in system administration tasks and maintenance activities as needed.
