The primary goal of this role is to safeguard company assets and ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and premises. This involves aiding in crime reduction and detection by operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, monitoring live and recorded video footage, and reporting incidents or suspicious behaviors to the immediate supervisor as necessary.

Position 1: Transport Coordinator

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in transportation coordination or logistics management.
  • Strong understanding of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Location: Addis Ababa


Position 2: Packaging Workshop Head

Education:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electricity/Electronic Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 6 years of relevant work experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • 3rd grade driving license.
  • Basic proficiency in English (writing, reading, listening, speaking).

Locations: Kombolcha & Hawassa


Position 3: Head of Internal Control and Audit

Education:

  • BA or MA in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. ACCA certification is a plus.
  • Diploma in IFRS is advantageous.

Experience:

  • 10 years of experience for BA holders, 8 years for MA holders.

Job Requirements:

  • Leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • French language proficiency is a plus.
