At the time, there was little demand for industrial and commercial vehicles, agricultural and industrial machinery in Ethiopia. With only a few thousand cars in Addis Ababa, starting a company in this field seemed risky. However, the founders of Orbis were visionary. They believed that Ethiopia, with its vast potential resources, was destined for significant development.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or Accounting from a recognized university/college
- 5 years of related work experience in the export and automotive industry
- Proficiency in accounting software

Position 3: Executive Secretary
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field from a recognized university/college
- 4 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in English (fluent in writing and speaking) is mandatory
- Proficiency in French is advantageous

Position 4: General Maintenance Technician
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Level III / 10+2 / Certificate in General Mechanics, Electricity, Carpentry, Building Technology, or Plumbing from a recognized college/TVET and 2 years of general experience in all stated fields
- OR
- Level II / 10+1 / Certificate in General Mechanics, Electricity, Carpentry, Building Technology, or Plumbing from a recognized college/TVET and 4 years of general experience in all stated fields
