Educational Qualification:
- BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA in Procurement and Supplies Management, Accounting, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration and Leadership, or related fields.
Experience:
- 5 years of relevant work experience for BA degree holders.
- 3 years of relevant work experience for MA degree holders.

Educational Qualification:

Experience:
- Minimum of 11 years of experience for first-degree holders.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience for second-degree holders.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Preferable experience in core areas of general insurance operations.
- Required Skills:
- Developing business sales and marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- Planning, monitoring, evaluation, and research methods
- Marketing and promotion principles and practices
- Knowledge of financial industry laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Forming and coordinating technical teams
- Excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills
