Position 1: Field Sales Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; marketing training preferred.
- Skills: Strong work ethic, effective communication, and excellent time management.

- Salary: 10,000 Birr + 4.25% Commission
Position 2: Sales Coordinator
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 2 years as a Real Estate Sales Coordinator or 4 years as a Real Estate Sales Officer.
- Skills: Team coordination, leadership, training abilities, strong work ethic, effective communication, and excellent time management.
- Vacancies: 9
- Salary: 25,000 Birr
- Commission: 0.9% from group sales and 4.25% from individual sales
Position 3: Senior Field Sales Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 2 years in real estate sales with a proven track record.
- Skills: Strong work ethic, effective communication, and excellent time management.
- Vacancies: 50
- Salary: 16,000 Birr + 4.25% Commission
