We are looking for individuals with proven track records for the following positions:
Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor-II
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field with at least four years of relevant work experience, including six months as Sr. Customer Service Officer II.
- Location: New branches under Dire Dawa District (Harerkela, Bedesa, Gelemso, Hirna, Kobo & KaraMara Hospital Area Branches).
Position 2: Customer Service Supervisor-II IFB
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field with at least 3.5 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest Free Banking Operation is required.
- Location: Wegagen Amana Selam Branch (Dessie Town).
Position 3: Sr. Customer Service Officer-II
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field with at least three years of relevant work experience, including six months as Customer Service Officer.
- Location: New branches under Dire Dawa District (Harerkela, Bedesa, Gelemso, Hirna, Kobo & KaraMara Hospital Area Branches).
Position 4: Sr. Payment System Officer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with at least three years of experience.
- Location: Head Office.
Position 5: Principal Payment System Officer
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with at least six years of experience.
- Location: Head Office.
Position 6: Branch Manager III
- Qualifications: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field with at least six/four years of relevant work experience, including one year as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor – II.
- Location: New branches under Dire Dawa District (Harerkela, Bedesa, Gelemso, Hirna, Kobo & KaraMara Hospital Area Branches).
