Position 1: IT Specialist

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Provide technical support to employees for IT issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain data security measures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as printers, computers, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy.
  • Write, review, edit, and update content for the company website.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess IT needs and implement solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and best practices.

Position 2: Accountant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Peachtree Accounting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Request and collect payments from credit customers.
  • Prepare daily payment requests and collection reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with audits and tax filings.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Position 3: Sales and Customer Service Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably with cash register machines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with cash register machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s logistics services through cold calling, networking, and other strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, services, and shipment tracking.

Position 4: Branch Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other branches and departments to optimize logistics processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Communicate with customers to address issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement branch-specific goals and objectives.
