Position 1: GBV Prevention Officer
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience:
- BA degree in Gender and Social Development, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related social science field.
- Minimum four years’ work experience in gender, protection, and GBV-related roles in development and humanitarian settings.
- Previous experience/exposure to the location/region applied for.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
Success Factors: The successful candidate will have experience managing field programs and adapting technical theories to real-world complexities. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships are essential. Sensitivity to international development issues and diverse cultures is crucial.

Position 2: Cash and Livelihood Specialist
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA/BSc/MSc/MA degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Management, Economics, International Development, or other related social sciences).
- At least four years of experience in humanitarian organizations in cash and voucher assistance (CVA) and livelihood programming, preferably in relief and recovery programs targeting IDPs and returnees.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an international NGO, preferably in an emergency or post-conflict setting.
- Strong understanding of cash transfer modalities, livelihood strategies, and humanitarian principles and standards.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, implementation, and reporting.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including local authorities, community representatives, FSPs, and NGOs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and design packages).

Position 3: Field Finance Coordinator
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of five years’ progressive experience in a non-profit organization, with significant experience in an INGO.
- Mandatory experience managing USAID, EU, UN, and SIDA grants for at least two consecutive years.
- First degree or preferably a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (compensating education + experience may be considered).
- Competency with computerized general ledger software.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Prior grant management experience is a plus.
