Position 1: Senior RMNCAH-N Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public health or nursing with a minimum of 6 years (for bachelor’s) or 5 years (for master’s) of relevant experience.
  • Experience in managing and implementing health programs, particularly in RMNCAH-N.
  • Experience working with pastoral communities in applied regions.
  • Proven ability to provide technical assistance and training on maternal health, family planning, newborn, and child health nutrition interventions.
  • Skilled in training facilitation and mentorship of healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and network with stakeholders including public health facilities and district health systems.

Position 2: Knowledge Management And CLA Advisor

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in knowledge management, CLA, development studies, or related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in strategic information, monitoring and evaluation, evidence generation, learning, and adaptation, particularly in public health and RMNCH.
  • Familiarity with USAID’s collaboration, learning, and adapting (CLA) approach.
  • Experience in publishing strategic information products such as articles, reports, case studies, and best practices.

  • Understanding of Ethiopian health systems and national priorities.
  • Strong teamwork, proactive, and independent work ethic.

Position 3: Social And Behavioral Change Advisor

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in health fields, health education, social science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in Social and Behavior Change (SBC) within health programs.
  • Familiarity with the Ethiopian Primary Health Care system and community engagement.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing SBC materials, strategies, protocols, and training materials.
  • Skills in evidence synthesis, knowledge management, and program design.
