Position: Data Encoder
Education/Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Fresh Graduate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with large amounts of numerical and written data.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate and complete data essential for company needs.
- Maintain knowledge of work area and workload to deliver optimal service.
- Support superiors by accurately encoding required information.
- Ensure data entry is complete, accurate, and well-organized to meet company needs.
- Report data accurately to superiors.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile, and organize documents for data entry.
- Verify accuracy of source documents.
- Correct and update data as necessary.
- Gather additional information for incomplete documents.
- Enter data into designated computer databases, files, and forms.
- Convert information into electronic formats as required.
- Scan documents into databases or document management systems.
- Review completed work for accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of activities and tasks.
- Respond to information requests and access relevant files.
- Print information when needed.
- Adhere to data integrity and security policies.
