About Us: YaYa PII SC is a Payment Instrument Issuer established in 2022, licensed under the Licensing and Authorization of Payment Instrument Issuers Directive No. ONPS/09/2023 issued by the National Bank of Ethiopia. We focus on providing payment solutions through mobile wallet software systems, available on both iOS and Android platforms. Our services include cash-in and cash-out, local money transfers, domestic remittances, loading to cards or bank accounts, domestic payments, bill payments, over-the-counter transactions, and inward international remittances.

Position: Junior HR & Admin Officer

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to handle HR and Administrative functions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and placement services.
  • Help coordinate the performance management system and reviews.
  • Maintain and update staff personnel files.
  • Manage company vehicles, office supplies, equipment, and property.
  • Assist in procurement of goods and services.
  • Collect proforma invoices and facilitate purchasing.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of letters.
  • Facilitate the use of office equipment.
  • Support the CEO and departments with archiving documents (both digital and hard copies).
  • Prepare letters.
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment.
  • Manage office administration, including janitorial and security services, office cleanliness, and supply availability.
  • Coordinate online meetings and facilitate necessary provisions.
  • Assist with guest onboarding and transportation as needed.
