We are currently seeking a Sales Support professional for DHL Global Forwarding in Ethiopia. This role involves developing and administering sales support plans to enhance customer satisfaction, support sales teams effectively, and ensure successful project implementation aligned with business strategy and objectives.
Position: Sales Support
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales administration and support processes to assist sales teams and facilitate sales transactions.
- Support in the administration and planning of sales contracts according to specified requirements.
- Gather customer data to aid sales teams in lead identification, qualification, and preparation of quotations and contracts.
- Prepare commercial documentation, such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
- Address inquiries regarding order status and shipments, informing customers about issues like shortages and expected delivery dates.
- Follow up on orders and resolve complex problems related to orders in collaboration with sales teams.
- Consolidate feedback from post-implementation reviews and prepare reports on customer satisfaction, service issues, and complaints.
- Compile reports and statistics to assist sales teams in conducting business reviews.
- Update sales price tables, calculate sales premiums and commissions, and prepare efficiency reports and statements.
- Provide functional advice or training to junior team members.
- Support project implementation, system deployments, and process improvements.
- Assist in pre- and after-sales activities.
