Position 1: Junior Sales Officer
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- No prior experience required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and gather feedback from clients.
- Develop relationships and network with potential clients to secure contracts.
- Collaborate with different departments to achieve common goals.
- Create strategic plans for business sales growth, analyze data to create action plans, and measure outcomes against targets.
- Develop customer pricing structures and risk assessments to meet business objectives.
- Ensure clients understand and adhere to contractual obligations and regulations, and assess risks to make informed recommendations.

Position 2: Junior Industrial Engineer
Requirements:
- BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement standard operational procedures.
- Develop new mechanisms/strategies to simplify production.
- Improve productivity, ensure quality, and reduce costs by applying lean principles.
- Design production layouts and oversee their implementation to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct Failure Mode Effect & Critical Analysis post-production.
- Implement continuous improvement practices.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Good knowledge in industrial engineering.
- Proficient computer skills.
