Position 1: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade I
Qualifications: Minimum BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field with at least 3 years of banking operations experience. Responsibilities: Authorize transactions, oversee cheque clearances, reconcile accounts, and manage accounts of suspense nature. Location: Wolaita Sodo Branch
Position 2: Branch Manager – Grade I
Qualifications: Minimum BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Banking and Finance, with a minimum of 6 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities: Coordinate branch activities, coach staff, manage customer relationships, develop business opportunities, and provide professional advice. Locations:
