Position 1: Junior Showroom Assistant

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or reception (retail experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register.
  • Competence in computer applications (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).

Position 2: Customer Success Manager

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Over 2 years in a customer success role, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
    • Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction goals.
    • Experience in building and leading high-performing customer service teams.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Data-driven approach to customer success with experience in utilizing customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and customer service software (e.g., Trello, Odoo).
