Position 1: Junior Showroom Assistant
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or reception (retail experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and multitasking.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register.
- Competence in computer applications (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
Position 2: Customer Success Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Over 2 years in a customer success role, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction goals.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing customer service teams.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven approach to customer success with experience in utilizing customer satisfaction metrics.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and customer service software (e.g., Trello, Odoo).
- Fluency in English and Amharic is highly preferred.

- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
