Position 1: Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of BA degree in Banking and Insurance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Leadership, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Preferably, a diploma or advanced diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)

Experience:

  • At least 15 years of work experience in insurance
  • Minimum of 8 years in managerial positions in core areas of general insurance operations
  • At least 4 years of executive management experience in one of the main lines of insurance business

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
  • Honesty, reputation, and diligence
  • Clean record from disciplinary measures or disputes with previous employers
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Excellent time management and decision-making skills

  • Knowledgeable about financial institutions and insurance regulations

Position 2: Chief Operations Officer

  • Required Number: 1

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of BA degree in Banking and Insurance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Leadership, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Preferably, a diploma or advanced diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)

Experience:

  • At least 10 years of work experience in insurance
  • Minimum of 6 years in managerial positions in core areas of general insurance operations

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competency in leadership
  • Honesty, reputation, and diligence
  • Clean record from disciplinary measures or disputes with previous employers
  • Proven experience in resource allocation and disturbance handling
  • Ability to concentrate on tasks over extended periods
  • High diligence in strategic execution
  • High moral standards and ethical values
  • Perseverance under pressure
  • Awareness of insurance law and related legal provisions
