Qualifications:
- Minimum of BA degree in Banking and Insurance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Leadership, Business Administration, or related fields
- Preferably, a diploma or advanced diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
Experience:
- At least 15 years of work experience in insurance
- Minimum of 8 years in managerial positions in core areas of general insurance operations
- At least 4 years of executive management experience in one of the main lines of insurance business
Preferred Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
- Honesty, reputation, and diligence
- Clean record from disciplinary measures or disputes with previous employers
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Qualifications:
- Minimum of BA degree in Banking and Insurance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Leadership, Business Administration, or related fields
- Preferably, a diploma or advanced diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
Experience:
- At least 10 years of work experience in insurance
- Minimum of 6 years in managerial positions in core areas of general insurance operations
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competency in leadership
- Honesty, reputation, and diligence
- Clean record from disciplinary measures or disputes with previous employers
- Proven experience in resource allocation and disturbance handling
- Ability to concentrate on tasks over extended periods
- High diligence in strategic execution
- High moral standards and ethical values
- Perseverance under pressure
- Awareness of insurance law and related legal provisions
