Our mission is to provide high-standard training for women seeking employment, returnees from Gulf countries, immigrants, and nannies without prior training. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Position: Customer Service & Call Operator

Qualifications:

A diploma or degree in any discipline.Prior experience in customer service or a related area is preferred.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and resolving issues effectively.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers.Proficient in using customer service tools.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues across various channels, such as phone, email, and text.
  • Offer precise information and guidance to customers about services and general queries.Actively identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Work with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.Continuously seek to improve customer service processes and procedures to boost overall efficiency and effectiveness.Achieve or surpass performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
