Position 1: Junior Accountant

Education: BA/BSc degree in Accounting or Finance-related field
Experience: Not required

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions and accounts based on company policies and procedures
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure accurate and immediate availability
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Calculate and report daily and weekly cash positions
  • Ensure all disbursements and transactions are supported by proper documentation and authorization
  • Invoice debtors’ accounts and maintain suppliers’ records
  • Make all appropriate deductions and payments to concerned bodies on time
  • Complete general ledger operations
  • Organize, file, and maintain financial source documents
  • Perform other activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Knowledge, Skills, Competence:

  • Understanding of accounting regulations and procedures
  • Proficiency with numbers, figures, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software
  • Advanced MS Excel skills

Position 2: ICT Internship

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field
Experience: No experience required
Number of Positions: 10

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment and software.
  • Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, or electronically.
  • Support the implementation of ICT projects and initiatives.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and system checks.
  • Help maintain inventory and documentation of ICT systems.
  • Contribute to the improvement of ICT processes and procedures.
