Position: Data Encoder
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Position Overview: As a Data Encoder, you will be essential in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our employee data. Your responsibilities will include compiling, digitizing, and organizing various documents to ensure efficient data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile all employee document information into a centralized Excel spreadsheet.
- Digitize paper-based HR forms and other relevant documents.
- Implement regular data audits and cleaning processes to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
Salary and Benefits:
- Gross Salary: 9,718 Birr per month
- Transportation Service Provided
