Formerly known as Addis Credit and Finance S.C, Siket Bank held its launch event at Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel and is preparing to commence banking services after receiving a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. Until full banking operations begin, the bank will continue to provide its current microfinance services and will also maintain these services once full banking operations are launched.
Position 1. Senior Compliance Officer
- Educational Requirements: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related business field.
- Experience Requirements: 4 years of relevant experience.

Position 2. Senior Risk Management Officer
- Educational Requirements: BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related business field.

- Educational Requirements: BSc Degree from a recognized institution in Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Expertise in vehicle allocation and maintenance is preferable.
