Position 1: Sales Representative
Experience & Educational Qualifications:
- BA degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 4 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in car sales
Responsibilities:
- Communicate the benefits of company products to drive sales
- Serve as the point of contact between the business and clients
- Identify and educate prospective customers
- Support existing clients with product and service information
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses of customers
- Maintain positive business relationships
- Reach sales targets and coordinate sales efforts with the team
- Analyze market potential and track sales status
- Report customer needs, problems, and interests to management
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Experience & Educational Qualifications:
- BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent knowledge of Peachtree accounting
Responsibilities:
- Oversee general accounting operations
- Reconcile account balances and bank statements
- Prepare month-end close procedures
- Ensure accuracy in accounting tasks
- Produce and present accounting reports
- Analyze financial information and summarize status
- Support junior accountants and data entry clerks
- Assist with tax audits and returns
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS principles
Position 3: Manager – Accounting and Reporting
Experience & Educational Qualifications:
- BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 6 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a managerial role
- ACCA professional skills level
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department
- Collaborate with the taxation and reporting department
- Ensure transactions are accurately booked
- Lead documentation and retrieval processes
- Provide timely management reports
- Prepare financial statements and budgets
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Report risky issues to the Director
Position 4: Sales & Marketing Director
Experience & Educational Qualifications:
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field
- 8 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in a supervisory or senior manager role
Responsibilities:
- Oversee marketing and sales activities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Create and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage sales goals and strategies
- Mentor the marketing team
- Align marketing efforts with business goals
- Manage the marketing budget
- Develop relationships with key clients and partners
- Track and analyze marketing performance
Position 5: Operation Director
Experience & Educational Qualifications:
- BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 6 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a managerial role
- ACCA professional skills level
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the department
- Collaborate with the taxation and reporting department
- Ensure accurate transaction bookings
- Lead documentation processes
- Provide management reports
- Prepare financial statements and budgets
- Ensure compliance with authorization levels
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Report risky issues to the Director
