Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: One or more years of work experience from any recognized organization.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Two years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Three years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.

Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Four years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.

Position 5: Branch Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Six years of banking operation experience, with two years in supervisory positions. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
